This paper is quite interesting as it relates a successful partnership between a company and a french FTO!
Some ground staff trained at the ESMA will be able to attend professional training within REGIONAL and maybe have the opportunity to get hired afterwards (depending on the company’s needs).
I don’t have remembrance of a date but it’s been some time now since FTOs abroad (I’m thinking about the Oxford school with British Airways) have achieved the same… for pilots
(though ambitious attempts were made in late 2007 between the french national company and a well known FTO based in the north of France)
Let’s welcome the effort from one of our FTOand pray for more successful agreements between any daring party in the near future.
